I had a great experience at Firestone. William was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the repair process easy to understand and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how kind and understanding he was throughout the visit. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

William is awesome. I called this store multiple to know what type of tire was needed and availability while making the proper arrangements. I had an issue with lights on the dashboard and William test drive the car to figure what was going on on. Thanks for the help!

My experience was truly awesome. I came for tires, was given a great deal and given good info regarding the condition of my car. Honest information. As well as a good explanation as to how this might have transpired. Antonio was super helpful with all these details as well as all of the employees. Trell originally found me the best price for my budget while William offered friendly courteous conversation and more insight. I will be back.

We burst our tire and needed a replacement. The staff worked on our car even when it was already past their work hours. The manager, William, was very accommodating and went the extra mile to have our tire fixed so we can go home (home is about 2 hours away). He himself went to their warehouse/storage to get the tire that we need. He gave us excellent service

We came in for a pre-purchase inspection for a used car that we were thinking about buying and it turned out that the car had $8000 in repairs. William was incredibly helpful and straightforward.
